Pre-registration is open from May 11 to June 5 via the form available at this link.

At the end of the pre-registration phase, if your application is accepted, you will receive an email containing information to confirm your registration between June 15 and June 26.

Fees:

- CNRS staff: registration is covered by the CNRS; travel expenses are the responsibility of your laboratory
- Non-CNRS staff: PhD students 85 euros, other categories 100 euros

The registration fee covers tuition and meals from Tuesday through Thursday at noon (lunch and dinner).
